Summary
Sweden's FMV is tendering framework agreements for technical system support and sustainment of ground-based systems, covering operational support, technical adaptation, modification and materiel investigation, plus support during acquisition and disposal. The scope is split into eleven tender areas: CV90, main battle tanks, armoured personnel carriers, tracked vehicles, wheeled vehicles & snowmobiles, air defence, indirect fire, soldier systems, CBRN, medical systems and field catering. FMV intends to sign one framework agreement per area, and may also call off small volumes of directly related materiel. Stated value approx. Upphandlingen avser ett ramavtal för Tekniskt Systemstöd och Vidmakthåll för Markbaserade System (TSS). Tjänsterna omfattar driftstöd, teknisk anpassning, modifiering och materielundersökning. Förutom verksamhet under vidmakthållandefasen omfattas även stöd till FMV under anskaffning och avveckling samt materielutveckling. Ramavtalet ska säkerställa att den kunskap och de kompetensområden som krävs för såväl nyanskaffning som för vidmakthåll och avveckling av materiel finns tillgängliga över lång tid för FMV verksamhet. FMV kan även komma att avropa mindre volymer av materiel som är direkt kopplad till tjänsterna. Tjänsterna är indelade i elva anbudsområden: Stridsfordon 90, Stridsvagn, Pansarterrängbil, Bandvagn, Hjulfordon & snöskoter, Luftvärn, Indirekt eld, Soldatsystem, CBRN, Sjukvårdssystem och Fältförplägnad.
