De Opdracht omvat de Levering van tactische bumphelmen en accessoires. De aanbesteding vindt plaats via een Europees openbare procedure en is een elektronische aanbestedingsprocedure die geheel via Mercell Source-to-Contract (hierna het Aanbestedingsplatform) verloopt. Tot de scope van de Opdracht behoren specifiek de volgende onderdelen: - Tactische bumphelm voorzien van ARC-rails (accesory rail connectors), NVG-shroud (night vision goggles connector) en klittenband; - Volgelaatsbeschermer met beschermhoes; - Vizier voor oogbescherming met beschermhoes; - Gehoorbeschermer (over-ear); - Helmlamp; - Helmhaak; - Binnenwerk bumphelm (ter vervanging initieel aangebracht binnenwerk); Pads (ter vervanging initieel meegeleverde pads). Buiten de scope van de Opdracht behoren specifiek de volgende onderdelen: Overige helmen. Optioneel (mogelijk later toe te voegen Producten): - Tas(sen) voor de bumphelm en/of accessoires; - Gaasvizier; - Halfgelaatsvizier met beschermhoes; - Helmovertrek.
