Hankinnan kohteena on Puolustusvoimien tietoliikennelaitteiden laitekotelot. Tarjouskilpailun perusteella solmittiin puitesopimus yhden toimittajan kanssa. Suunniteltu sopimuskausi on voimassa 21.7.2026 ja sopimus tehdään 19.7.2030 saakka. Puolustusvoimat hankkii tietoliikennelaitteiden laitekoteloita johtamispaikkojen varustelutarpeisiin . Hankinnan kohteena olevien tuotteiden ja palveluiden vähimmäisvaatimukset oli kuvattu tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä 2. Puolustusvoimat ei sitoudu hankkimaan asiakaskohtaisen sopimuksen mukaisia tuotteita tai palveluita arvioidulla arvolla vaan tehtävät kotiinkutsu-hankinnat perustuvat hallintoyksiköiden tarpeeseen ja käytettävissä olevaan rahoitukseen. Hankinnan arvioitu laajuus: Noin 1500 kpl/sopimuskausi. Liityntäpaneeleita arvioidaan hankittavan 600 kpl/sopimuskausi. Kilpailutuksen perusteella solmittiin tarjouspyynnön liitteen 1 mukainen sopimus. Tarjouspyynnöllä on eritelty tietoliikennelaitteiden laitekoteloiden mallit sekä arviot koko sopimuskauden aikaisesta hankintamäärästä. Tarve vaihtelee vuoden mittaan eikä näin ollen vuosittaisia määriä pystytä antamaan. Tietoliikennelaitteiden laitekoteloita hankitaan eri versioita. Koteloihin asennetaan tietoliikennelaitteita ja niiden tarvitsemat liitynnät, liitintehonsyöttöä varten sekä pistorasiapaneelit laitteiden tehonsyöttöä varten. Osaan koteloihin asennetaan UPS-laite ja sen tarvitsemat liittimet tilaajan toimesta. Kotelot toimivat laitteiden suojana käytön, varastoinnin ja kuljetuksen aikana.
