Die Rahmenvereinbarung umfasst die Umrüstung und Instandhaltung im Zeitraum vom 01.03.2027 bis 30.06.2031 des Systems GTK Boxer in der Instandhaltungsstufe 4 mit folgenden Materialnummern (NSN): 124061095 Das prognostizierte Volumen beträgt für den Zeitraum vom 01.03.2027 bis 30.06.2032 48 Systeme in der Leistungsart W85. Optional können zusätzlich maximal bis zu 7 Systeme in der Leistungsart W85 beauftragt werden. Die Obergrenze für diesen Zeitraum beträgt 55 Systeme in der Leistungsart W85. Sobald die Obergrenze erreicht ist verliert die Rahmenvereinbarung ihre Wirksamkeit. Optional kann die Rahmenvereinbarung bis zum 30.06.2032 verlängert werden (Verlängerungsoption). Der Auftraggeber hat keine Verpflichtung zur Beauftragung der optionalen Verlängerung. Das prognostizierte Volumen beträgt für den Zeitraum vom 01.03.2027 bis 30.06.2032 24 Systeme in der Leistungsart W85. Optional können zusätzlich maximal bis zu 3 Systeme in der Leistungsart W85 beauftragt werden. Die Obergrenze für diesen Zeitraum beträgt 27 Systeme in der Leistungsart W85.
