[RFI / market consultation] Waiting time measurement system

Through this Request for Information (RFI), Flughafen Zürich AG aims to obtain a structured overview
 of market solutions for automated passenger flow and queue waiting time measurement, with a
 particular focus on the implementation in Check-in Area 2 (Row 1-5).
 The primary objective is to replace the current manual waiting time measurement process in Check-in
 Area 2 with an automated, continuous, and reliable solution, ensuring consistent and comparable data
 across all check-in areas.
 In addition, the RFI seeks to gather insights into available technologies, system capabilities,
 deployment models, and integration possibilities, particularly with regard to the existing Xovis onpremise
 system.
