Die Rahmenvereinbarung umfasst die Instandsetzungsleistung vom 01.01.2027 bis 31.12.2028 an dem System Multi 2 WLS in den Instandhaltungsstufen 2/3 in den Betriebsstätte des Auftragsnehmers mit folgenden Materialnummern: 124081164 124081169 124081158 124169118 123421450 123499545 Die Leistungserbringung (Befundung und Instandsetzung) soll planerisch zu ca. 100% in der Betriebsstätte des Auftragnehmers erfolgen. Eine Standortliste mit Stand vom 07/2026 sind dem Anhang A zur Anlage 1 zu entnehmen (siehe Teilnahmeunterlagen). Die Verteilung der Leistung sowie die Anzahl und Standorte der in den Anlagen aufgeführten Geräte kann während der Vertragslaufzeit variieren. Das prognostizierte Auftragsvolumen für den Leistungszeitraum 01.01.2027 bis 31.12.2028 beträgt ca. 25.000 (12.000 im Jahr 2027 und 13.000 im Jahr 2028) Instandhaltungsaufträge mit einem angenommenen Gesamtvolumen von 344.000 (160.000 im Jahr 2027 und 184.000 im Jahr 2028) Instandhaltungsstunden. Optional können zusätzlich insgesamt 12.500 (6.000 im Jahr 2027 und 6.500 im Jahr 2028) Instandsetzungsaufträge (Mengenoption) mit einem geschätzten Gesamtvolumen von 172.000 (80.000 im Jahr 2027 und 92.000 im Jahr 2028) Stunden für den Leistungszeitraum 01.01.2027 bis 31.12.2028 beauftragt werden. Sobald die Gesamtanzahl der prognostizierten Instandsetzungsaufträgen und der optionalen Aufträge in Höhe von 37.500 erreicht ist, verliert die Rahmenvereinbarung ihre Wirksamkeit. Optional kann die Rahmenvereinbarung um 1 Jahr, längstens bis zum 31.12.2029 verlängert werden (Verlängerungsoption). Die Planmenge für den Zeitraum der optionalen Verlängerung beträgt insgesamt ca. 13.000 Instandhaltungsaufträge mit einem prognostizierten Volumen von 184.000 Instandsetzungsstunden. Zusätzlich können nochmal im optionalen Zeitraum bis zum 31.12.2029 optional 6.500 Instandsetzungsaufträge mit einem geschätzten Volumen von 92.000 Instandsetzungsstunden (Mengenoption) beauftragt werden. Der Auftraggeber hat keine Verpflichtung zum Abruf der prognostizierten Gesamtmenge oder der Optionen sowohl hinsichtlich der Menge als auch der Verlängerung. Schätzwert für den Leistungszeitraum inkl. Mengenoption (ohne Verlängerungsoption): 67.080.000 EUR Schätzwert für das Optionsjahr 2029 (Verlängerungsoption inkl.
