Summary
Sweden's defence materiel agency FMV is tendering a framework agreement in two lots: gas detectors (for flammable/toxic gas and low-oxygen measurement aboard warships and at Armed Forces schools) and positive pressure ventilation fans for shipboard firefighting and rescue. Each lot includes spare parts, system safety, ILS, user/technician/storage training and special tools/maintenance equipment. Base term three years with options of 2+2+15 years (the final 15-year option covers spare parts only); FMV signs, the Swedish Armed Forces places call-offs. Stated value approx. Denna upphandling avser nytt ramavtal med två anbudsområden: Gasmätare och PPV-fläkt. Respektive område omfattar även positioner för reservdelar, systemsäkerhet, ILS, användarutbildning, teknikerutbildning, förrådsutbildning och specialverktyg/underhållsutrustning. Gasmätare med tillbehör ska användas för utvärdering av potentiell exponering för brännbara och giftiga gaser och ångor samt för låga syrehalter ombord på örlogsfartyg samt vid Försvarsmaktens skolor. Dessutom som beslutsstöd innan återinträde i brandutsatt utrymme, för att säkerställa personalens säkerhet. PPV-fläkt med tillbehör ska nyttjas vid skyddsåtgärder i samband med brandbekämpning eller vid direkt brandbekämpning ombord på örlogsfartyg, övriga räddningsinsatser samt vid Försvarsmaktens skolor. Ramavtalet består av ett grundavtal på tre år med förlängningsoptioner om 2+2+15 år. Där den sista optionen på femton år endast avser reservdelar. Ramavtalet tecknas med FMV som avtalspart men där Försvarsmakten är avropsberättigad.
