nepřetržitý servis technických prostředků (dále jen „TP“) komplexního systému zabezpečení technického střežení objektů (dále jen „TSO“) rezortu Ministerstva obrany (dále jen „MO“), které jsou v příslušnosti hospodařit MO ve smyslu § 2 odst. 1 a 6 zákona č. 219/1999 Sb. o ozbrojených silách České republiky, ve znění pozdějších předpisů a zákona č. 219/2000 Sb. o majetku České republiky a jejím vystupování v právních vztazích, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, zabezpečení ochrany utajovaných informací podle zákona č. 412/2005 Sb., o ochraně utajovaných informací a o bezpečnostní způsobilosti, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „zákon č. 412/2005 Sb.“), formou dodávky nepřetržité služby. TP zajišťují ochranu vojenského materiálu, majetku a objektů 26. pVŘPz Hlavenec (dále jen „26. pVŘPz“) v souladu s rozkazem ministra obrany č. 49/2017 „Zabezpečení ochrany vojenských objektů“ Věstníku MO (dále jen „49/2017“). Podrobnosti budou uvedeny ve smlouvě „Ochrana objektu Hlavenec 26. pVŘPz technickým střežením prostřednictvím dodavatele od 1. 9. 2026 – do 31. 8. 2036“ (dále jen „SmL“), vypracování projektové dokumentace a následná realizace rekonstrukce bezpečnostních technologií instalovaných v areálu 26. pVŘPz, v souladu s platnými Českými obrannými standardy (dále jen „ČOS“) a vnitřními předpisy MO. Realizace smlouvy o dílo „CRC Hlavenec – prostředky technického střežení“ (dále jen „SoD“)
