Forsvarsministeriets Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelse (FMI) ønsker med nærværende udbud at indgå kontrakt på anskaffelsen af 222 containerbaseret mobile tankanlæg til at opbevarer, transportere og distribuere drivmiddel til Forsvarets køretøjer. Hertil anskaffer FMI 50 CSC-rammer, som tilbehør til de anskaffet tankanlæg. Leverandøren skal på baggrund af FMI's beskrivelse udvikle en prototype med henblik på at FMI kan efterprøve mindstekrav, inden serieproduktion sættes i gang. Til hver af de leverede mobile tankanlæg, herunder evt. optionskøb, indgår der en 15 årig service- og reservedelesaftale. Udbuddet gennemføres på dansk, men af hensyn til tilbudsgivere der benytter ingeniør/teknikker som ikke er dansksproget er dele af materialet skrevet på engelsk. Der må derfor gerne afgives spørgsmål på engelsk. FMI vil besvar evt. spørgsmål på det sprog (dansk el. engelsk) der bliver stillet spørgsmål på.
