Maintien en Condition Opérationnelle (MCO) des équipements spéciaux d'infrastructure des stations de Transmission Autocommutation Modulation (TAM) de l'Armée de l'Air et de l'Espace. Pour le Maintien en Condition Opérationnel (MCO), les prestations demandées sont essentiellement des actions techniques de troisième et quatrième niveaux telles qu'elles sont définies dans les normes NFX 60 000 et NFX60-319, NF EN 13306. Exceptionnellement et sur demande du GAIA, le titulaire peut être amené à réaliser des interventions de maintenance de premier et deuxième niveaux. La description des prestations entrant dans le périmètre du projet d'accord-cadre est définie à l'article 2 du Règlement de la Consultation "phase candidature", document téléchargeable gratuitement via la plate-forme des achats de l'Etat (PLACE), www.marches-publics.gouv.fr. L'accord-cadre comprend un montant minimum estimé de 50 000€ HT et un maximum de 600 000€ HT pour chaque période d'1 an reconductible 6 fois à compter de sa date de notification.
