De opdracht betreft de levering van een Modulair Smart Energy Grid met energieopwekkende en energieopslag apparatuur en het verrichten van onderhoud aan het Modulair Smart Energy Grid & bijbehorende apparatuur. Het is de wens van de Aanbestedende dienst om samen met de winnende Inschrijver gedurende de onderhoudsperiode innovatieve ontwikkelingen of componenten aan het Smart Energy Grid toe te voegen of uit te wisselen, om deze- nieuwe componenten te testen op hun effectiviteit en hun werking binnen het Smart Energy Grid.
