Žižky v Jindřichově Hradci v rámci investiční akce, a to v rozsahu a podle dokumentace pro provádění stavby ze dne 06/2025, zpracované INTAR a.s. – atelier Brno, 255 94 443 pod zakázkovým číslem 21041421-4 (dále jen „PD“), a stavebního povolení č. 14-05-25 (spis. zn. SpMO 27571/2025-1322) ze dne 7. února 2025 vydaného Sekcí majetkovou Ministerstva obrany, Odborem ochrany územních zájmů a státního odborného dozoru, oddělení stavební úřad, pracoviště Praha, dislokace Pardubice, které nabylo právní moci dne 24. dubna 2025.
