A feladat a Részvételi Dokumentáció II. fejezete szerinti Műszaki leírásban foglaltak szerint. A feladat nem bontható szét részajánlati körökre a feladat jellegéből és összetettségéből adódóan, annak egységes kezelése szükséges. A megvalósítás során meghatározott és előre nem tervezhető munkákat időnként előre nem tervezhető kivitelezési helyszíneken összehangoltan, gyakran egy időpontban párhuzamosan kell elvégezni, melynek koordinálása a nyertes ajánlattevő feladata lesz. Folyamatos rendelkezésre állást és folyamatos teljesítést biztosító munkaszervezést igényel, amelyek részekre osztása a munka eredményességét, határidőre történő teljesítését meghiúsíthatná.
