Herstellung und Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Remote Tower Operation (RTO) Anlagen. RTO dient, neben der Redundanz bei Ausfall der örtlichen primären Flugplatzkontrollstelle, insbesondere der Fernbereitstellung von Flugplatzkontrolldiensten an militärischen Flugplätzen von einem oder mehreren Plätzen aus (sprich ortsunabhängig). Es wird dabei eine abgesetzte Bereitstellung aus einem entfernten, gegebenenfalls geschützten Bereich berücksichtigt. Der Liefer- und Leistungsumfang des beabsichtigten Rahmenvertrags gliedert sich in die nachstehend aufgeführten Anteile Festbeauftragung und Abrufleistungen: 1. Festbeauftragung: - 2 Stück "Stationäre RTO-Anlagen (RTO-stat)" - 1 Stück "Verlegefähige RTO-Anlage (verlegefähige RTO-mob)" - Materialgrundlagen; - Fertigungs- und Konstruktionsstandunterlagen; - Prüf- und Abnahmedokumentationen; - Sonstige Unterlagen; - Software; - Dienstleistungen; - Dokumente zu den Projektelementen Arbeitssicherheit, Ergonomie und Umweltschutz. 2. Abrufleistungen - Bis zu 21 weitere RTO-Anlagen frei wählbar, ob RTO-stat oder RTO-mob oder Mischbetrieb RTS-mob/RTM-stat; - Materialgrundlagen; - Fertigungs- und Konstruktionsstandunterlagen; - Prüf- und Abnahmedokumentationen; - Sonstige Unterlagen; - Software; - Dienstleistungen; - Dokumente zu den Projektelementen Arbeitssicherheit, Ergonomie und Umweltschutz.
