Accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande sur 7 ans, avec une tranche ferme de 4 ans et une tranche optionnelle de 3 ans qui comporte : - une tranche optionnelle en application des articles R. 2313-2, R. 2391-8 à R. 2391-10 du code de la commande publique, selon les modalités explicitées dans le dossier de la consultation ; -chaque tranche comporte une part à bons de commande conformément aux dispositions de l’article R. 2362-8 du code de la commande publique ainsi qu'une part à commandes de fournitures ou services destinée à subvenir aux éventuels aléas techniques en application des articles R. 2372-19 à R. 2372-21 du code de la commande publique Approvisionnement de chiffons d’essuyage et de déchets de fils de cotons au profit des unités de la Marine nationale. Les articles à approvisionner correspondent à 4NNO appartenant au groupe classe 7920 et sont destinés à couvrir les besoins des unités de la Marine nationale pour les bases navales de Brest, de Toulon et de Cherbourg. Chacun des articles est susceptible d’être approvisionné par bons de commande sur la durée totale de l’accord-cadre.
