Why it matters
This is a routine IT/administrative procurement rather than a defence-capability contract, though it signals FRA's ongoing back-office modernisation with a multi-year value of ~€8.8M; ERP vendors and integrators serving Swedish public-sector clients, especially those with secure/classified deployment experience, should note it.
Do this: ERP vendors/integrators should contact FRA's procurement contact via the TED notice and prepare a response for the negotiated procedure before the 2026-09-04 deadline.
Route: direct bid · For: Established SME suppliers & subsystem makersIndustrial firms entering defence

Process guidance rather than an opportunity, but it sets the mechanics every UKDI applicant must clear — notably that SAQ/cyber compliance gates contract award and that Desirable/Feasible/Viable answers submitted as attachments are sifted out. Relevant to bid managers and consultants preparing UK MOD innovation bids for the first time. Do: Register a UKDI online submission service account, obtain a D-U-N-S number and GOV.UK One Login, and pre-complete the Supplier Assurance Questionnaire before your next UKDI competition deadline.
