Die armasuisse beabsichtigt als zentrale Beschaffungsstelle im Auftrag der Logistikbasis der Armee (LBA) mehrere "Industrie- Bandspühlmaschine" öffentlich auszuschreiben. An verschiedenen Standorten der LBA, insbesondere in den Armeelogistikzentren (ALC), sind derzeit Band-Industriegeschirrspülmaschinen im Einsatz. Ein Teil dieser Anlagen erreicht in den kommenden Jahren das Ende der technischen und wirtschaftlichen Lebensdauer. Zur Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen und effizienten Betriebs ist ein gestaffelter Ersatz dieser Anlagen erforderlich. Der Grundauftrag umfasst die Beschaffung von 5 Maschinen über einen Zeitraum von 5 Jahren an folgende Standorte (ALC Grolley / ALC Othmarsingen / ALC Thun / ALC Hinwil / ALC Monteceneri). Die maximal zulässigen Abmessungen der Band-Industriegeschirrspülmaschinen werden durch die bestehenden Platzverhältnisse an den bestehenden Standorten bestimmt. Die vorhandenen Infrastrukturanschlüsse (insbesondere Strom, Wasserzufuhr aus bestehender Enthärtungsanlage, Dosierung von Waschchemie, Abwasseranschluss sowie Abluft/Dampfabzug) sollen nach Möglichkeit weiterverwendet werden. Ein wesentliches Ziel der Beschaffung ist die Steigerung der Durchlaufkapazität. Mehrere Standorte stossen bereits heute an ihre Leistungsgrenzen, was teilweise nur durch temporären Mehrschichtbetrieb kompensiert werden kann. Die neuen Anlagen sollen mindestens die heutige Durchlaufkapazität gewährleisten und nach Möglichkeit eine höhere Effizienz sowie Kapazität erreichen, um den operativen Betrieb nachhaltig zu entlasten.
