În prezenta procedură au fost introduse bunurile materiale de resortul comunicații, necesare a fi achiziționate în perioada 2026 - 2028 pentru unitățile militare din cadrul Forțelor Terestre. Unitatea noastră deţine competenţa de a efectua achiziţia produselor menţionate mai sus în folosul unităţilor militare din Forţele Terestre, conform Ordinului de achiziție al Locțiitorului pentru Resurse al Șefului Statului Major al Forțelor Terestre, înregistrat cu nr. Re-P-S631 din 29.05.2026 . Necesitatea a fost identificată ca urmare a referatului de necesitate nr. A5-1677 din 29.06.2026, ce constă în solicitarea organizării unei proceduri de achiziţie care să fie finalizată prin încheierea de acorduri-cadru, ce au ca obiect furnizarea de Căști audio pentru comunicații tactice, potrivit normelor specifice, referat care cuprinde cantităţile de produse, prețul estimat şi specificaţiile tehnice ale acestora. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 12-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub ). Căști audio pentru comunicații tactice tip I = minim 10 buc./ maxim 400 buc. Căști audio pentru comunicatii tactice tip II = minim 10 buc./ maxim 150 buc.
