Termen limită de solicitare clarificări la documentație atribuire: 18 zile anterior datei limită de depunere ofertei. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar şi complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Încheierea unui acord-cadru de furnizare, cu un singur operator economic, în vederea achiziţionării produsului ,,Soluție integrată de infrastructură de date eIDAS”.
